It is not enough to know what you want to do.  Your plan needs to identify how you are going to get there.  It also requires the ability to evolve and adapt to learning as you go.  My planning and review process will help you and your team co-create a path from where you are to where you want to go by:

 

  • facilitating team goal setting to begin the process of organizational alignment

  • laying out an execution path to progress

  • co-ordinating efforts to enable the team to work together

  • assuring everyone knows their assignement and how they support others

  • identifying risks to progress and developing mitigating action plans

  • implementing a follow up process to ensure actions are being carried out

  • developing an ongoing review process to systematize reflective learning and generate ongoing improvement actions

A plan is only as good as your ability to execute.  Leaders need to have a system that gives them leverage in order to follow the plan.  I will work with you to design a management system, including:

 

  • performance measures

  • communication plans

  • planned methods of managment engagement in order for you to effectively move your plan forward

  • accountability process that will result in a results oriented culture that takes ownership for the consequences of their actions
