Murray Lynn

 

Murray is the Founder, Principal, and Chief Coach of MDL Leadership

 

Murray has over 25 years of experience working as a Leader; building and leading businesses, developing leaders, and helping TEAMs learn how to excel.  

 

He has worked with TEAMs in exotic and remote locations like the Sahara Desert, the Tundra of Alaska, and the Southern Alps of New Zealand and in less remote locations like one of the largest factories in the World, some of Canada's most famous ski resorts, and inside offices just like yours.

 

The TEAMs he has coached to excel have been multi-skilled, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational.  These TEAMs have operated in industries like Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Tourism, High Tech, Construction and Sports & Entertainment.  While each TEAM has been unique in its own way, Murray has found that the fundamentals of getting TEAMs to work are always the same.

 

Murray has an MBA from Ivey Business School, a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Victoria, and is Certified by the National Coaching Certification Program in Canada.
