HOW WE WORK

 

We understand that not every client is the same.  For this reason we work with you to customize our approach to suit your needs.  We follow 4 basic steps to help us get there quickly.

 

STEP 1:  Assess

  • Determine what building your TEAM is worth to your organization

  • Understand what is getting in the way of your TEAM

  • Find a meaningful project for us to focus a team on in order to build your TEAM with context

  • Determine which of our proprietary systems will benefit your TEAM the most.

  • Determine the timeframe for our coaches and how many you will need to help build your TEAM

 

STEP 2:  Plan

  • Identify the people you need to have involved in the project TEAM

  • Identify the leaders you need in place to bring the TEAM together

  • Develop the tools and building blocks the leaders will need to help them build their TEAM

 

STEP 3:  Build

  • Help you implement the tools and building blocks needed to support your TEAM

  • Coach your leaders to implement our proprietary systems as a part of your organizations way of doing business.

  • Facilitate planning sessions and review processes that engage your TEAM

  • Teach your leaders how to do this so that they can build TEAMS on their own

 

STEP 4:  Review

  • Prepare a roadmap to help your TEAM retain what they have learned

  • Identify other opportunities for your TEAM to continue to grow

  • Obtain your feedback so that we can keep making TEAM better
